Instalowałeś na czysto, czy aktualizacja? Jeśli to drugie, to widocznie coś musiało zostać.
Ja skorzystałem z opcji numer jeden, i nie zaobserwowałem takiego problemu.
10240 kilobytes = 10 megabytes (where kilo is 1024)
2^10 x 10 = 10240
1024 is an approximation of 1000
1024 represented as binary is 10000000000
10240 represented as binary is 10100000000000
10240 bits = 10 Kibibits

Thanks for being part of the program and helping shape Windows 10.
NOTE: We’re very close to the public release of Windows 10 so we’re not onboarding any new PCs to the Windows Insider Program just now. You can still onboard a supported Windows Phone and please do keep using Windows 10 on any PCs you’ve already set up and sending us great feedback!
Microsoft is testing its update mechanism today, and only existing Windows 10 testers will be able to access build 10240. The software maker will not make ISOs available until July 29th as the company wants all testers to upgrade through its Windows Update mechanism to make final tweaks and changes to the way Windows 10 will be distributed to existing PCs later this month. If you're already a Windows 10 tester then you can simply check Windows Update to receive the latest bits, and you'll notice that the desktop watermark has now been removed. Microsoft will continue to push updates over the course of the next two weeks in the lead up to the launch on July 29th.
